Cecelia and Kieran flew to Carrolton, Tx to take a course from Zig Ziglar. Zig said something that clicked with Kieran and Cecelia and that's why they took his course. "You can get everything you want in life if you help enough other people get what they want". Those words have stuck with Kieran and Cecelia and it has been proven true time and again. Kieran and Cecelia's newsletter for Heron Creek residents is interesting, funny, outrageous at times and definitely not "politically correct. It is also very informative. Their advertiser list has grown from one, JC Little Plumbing Co, to thirty. Their real estate business has grown every year since they started and it's because of helping other people get what they want. They recently invited their advertisers to exhibit their products and services at an expo which featured the advertisers. Kieran hired the photographer so that was the end of that. See what is meant by outrageous? Anyway the event was well attended. Visitors were impressed by both the quality of the exhibits and the attention of the advertisers. Exhibitors in  Solar Systems, New Kitchens, Insurance, Mortgage, New construction, Reverse Osmosis Systems,  Retirement community , Nursing services , Travel cruises, Alarm systems ,beauty and flooring were on hand with the latest information.   Heron Creek Membership Director, Richelle Taylor Harris came for a visit. They all were impressive. The attendees asked great questions and  business was transacted. Victor Hernandez Canto and his wife Virginia were busy getting leads, Mars Alarm had a great display. The Loughmans will do it again next year.  

Who are the Loughmans? Kieran will tell you he married his girlfriend. Cecelia admits that they met in New York City on St Patrick's Day. She was visiting from Boston, chasing guys and Kieran was too drunk to run. The following day, Kieran told his mother " I met the girl I'm going to marry." That was on March 17 1961. They will celebrate their 48th anniversary on August 10th. They have five children Kristen, Sean, Mark, Michael, and Lauren. None of them do anything Kieran wants them to but at least they haven't been in rehab for a while. Except for Lauren... Kieran likes to ask anyone who will listen."Were your grandchildren as disappointing to you as your own kids?" Cecelia knows he's kidding. His kids know he's kidding and they pretty much can repeat every word as it comes out of his mouth. They have four grandchildren and they all turned out like their mother and grandmother. Thank God.

Cecelia has been Kieran's secret weapon for years. She is strong, She's smart. She knows what she wants. She's a dynamite mother, girlfriend and wife, She handles people like Kieran couldn't believe. She rarely gets angry, except at "himself", Kieran. She is compassionate and a great listener. She's fun to be with and in demand. They are a team. You get them both.

Kieran is fearless, He doesn't mind asking questions. If he doesn't know the answer, he'll tell you. And he will get it for you. He really likes to go out of his way for people. He completed his GRI course and got Certified as a CDPE. 

Their daughter, Lauren moved to Florida from Boston and has become a Licensed Realtor. Lauren is very focused and into action. She inherited the best of Kieran without most of his hangups. Sure, she drinks too much and swears like a Tourettes Baby but she's very good and the Loughmans are really proud of her. And Yes, they do like to laugh. 

The three of them are persistant, consistent and determined to help their customers get what they want.
